Here are 6 prints out of 25 that I have created so far this semester using photo plate lithography and silkscreen. They are all unique prints, meaning none are editioned but instead there are variations with a similar image kind of like a monoprint. This is what is called non-traditional or experimental printmaking.
The last few posts were to just catch up on the artwork I have done. I am an artist currently living in Milwaukee, WI and originally from LaPorte, Indiana. Right now I am working on my Senior thesis as an undergrad at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. I am graduating in May 2009 with a major in Printmaking with a minor in Communication Design. I will post pictures of me printing, the show, and the artwork soon.
September to December 2008 Moving from interior to exterior places the first prints were collograph prints with an etching layer. The place prints I used plate lithography with silkscreened layers.

I graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design in May 2009, majoring in printmaking with a minor in communication design. Along with being an artist, I am a graphic designer at Royal Brush an international art products company based in Indiana.
